I recently atteneded a meet of Palghat Iyers in Chennai Tamil Nadu in India. This was a Group formed in Facebook and we all decided to have a physical meeting in Chennai. I think around 50 people, all from Palghat attended. I met at least two families from Chathapuram from where I come from. My wife met a few people from Nurani (from where her mother hails from). It was a great feeling to meet people from the same backgroun and lineage.
We continue to keep in touch through face book and intend to do some social activities for the benefit of the community.
